LADY SENS U18AA WIN GOLD IN OAKVILLE

Congratulations to our U18AA Lady Sens for taking home GOLD at this weekend's Best of the Nest Tournament in Oakville. 

Our Lady Sens ran the table, through weekend play, going undefeated in round robin action and emerging victorious in the nail-biter final against the Stoney Creek Sabres.

The girls were inspired to dig deep and put it all on the line for our goalie Kinsey Moran who sustained a tournament-ending injury in Game 2.   Riding the momentum from our round-robin results, the girls played smart, defensive hockey in the final.  Stellar goaltending (44 saves from Ella Hogan!) and three decisive goals from the point also contributed to the Lady Sens 3-2 victory and our first GOLD medal of the season! 

A special thanks to our emergency backup goalies from Leaside U18A and Durham West U15AA for the support through the weekend.
