Best of Luck and Safe Travels to our U22 players at the U18 National Championships!
The 22-game tournament will officially kick off November 5th in Dawson Creek, BC. The 8 Canadian teams - Alberta, Atlantic, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario Blue, Ontario Red, Quebec and Saskatchewan will form two groups of four teams in the competition for the title of Canada’s top province.
The Ottawa Senators Women’s Hockey Club is very proud of our selected players. Jessica Cheung and Grace Outwater will hit the ice for Team Ontario Red who begin their campaign on Sunday 5th November 1pm MST vs Manitoba. Team Ontario Blue, with the Lady Sens’ Victoria Kay and Alysse Wilkinson, will play Team BC at 7:30pm MST.

First held in 2001, the tournament now happens each year in November, but is skipped every fourth season when the women's hockey competition at the Canada Winter Games takes its place.
Since the start of the OLS program in 2008 there have been 22 U22 Lady Sens players who have played for Team Ontario Red and/or Blue.
