Former Lady Sen Ani Robinson (2023) is a defence with the Concordia Stingers who are seeded first. Concordia had a record setting season, going 25-0 to remain undefeated in regular season play. They overcame the UdeM Carabins in a three game series to win the RSEQ Championship for the third consecutive year. Concordia will play the hosts the Saskatchewan Huskies in the opening round.
